Shipping & Delivery Policy


We aim to make your online shopping a hassle-free experience so our shipping methods and policies are designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process pack and ship your order. Please note that all shipping charges, including shipping surcharges, are calculated and shown on your order confirmation page before making payments

  • With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you
  • Order placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details
  • Usually it takes about 3-4 business days for the products to be shipped

In case of reverse shipment; the return request has to be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery. A reverse pick up shall be scheduled with our designated delivery & courier partner accordingly.

Upon approval of the return, a store credit or coupon code, whichever applicable, will be shared with the Account Holder /Guest. For more information, please refer our "Cancellation and Returns Policy" section.

Delivery Time

Your order will be on its way soon and it’ll be handled with utmost care by our delivery partner.

For metro cities we may deliver within 3-5 days, while for non-metro regions delivery may be done within 5-7 days from the date of shipping. Based on the location metro/rural/restricted regions the delivery time-frame may vary.

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the entire order will stand revoked and the amount of the products not delivered will be refunded back to you in the form of store credit within in 7-10 business days to your account (viewable in “My Account” section)


Kindly note that above-given shipping schedule is invalid during the spread of COVID-19. Due to transportation barriers the normal shipping time might be 8-10 working days PAN India. Temporarily No Delivery Service is available in The Lockdown Areas / Containment Zones. To avoid inconvenience kindly contact us before ordering.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery, and you will be updated about the same:

  • Online payment issues
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Orders held because items are out of stock
